Welcome to the Charleston Battery Challenge Cup - Team Registration (U8-U12)!

This registration session will allow you to register a team for the Charleston Battery Challenge Cup - U8-U12 (February 17-19, 2018) and submit a payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

In an effort to make online registration as quick and painless as possible, please be sure to have the following information and required documents prior to registering a team:

  • Payment:  Must be made in full at the time of registration.
  • Team Information:  Must be able to provide the team’s name, state, league, age/division, current (or most recent) season record, and most recent tournament name/record.
  • Coaching Conflicts & Constraints:  As part of the check-in process you need to provide any coaching conflicts and/or time constraints (e.g. if a coach is coaching two teams, etc.). Please note that there are no guarantees regarding conflicts and constraints. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Tournament Contacts:  Two (2) cell phone numbers and two (2) email addresses are required - team's should provide contact information for the team's head coach and either an assistant coach or manager. Tournament staff will use these contacts to communicate any changes in schedule, venue, etc.
  • Player & Parent/Guardian Contact Information:  Player number, name, DOB, address and player's parent/guardian name, phone number and email address must be provided for each rostered/guest player.

Additionally, please have the following documentation prior to registering a team (these documents are required to complete registration and must be in PDF form):

NOTEIf  for any reason the required documentation is not available at the time of registration, please upload a blank PDF in place of the appropriate document and proceed with the registration process - any missing documentation can be emailed to our tournament staff at a later date.  As soon as your team's required documents become available, please email them to <tournaments@chsbatterysc.com>.
**All required documentation must be submitted no later than Thursday February 1st, 2018.**

  • Official Certified Roster:  Upload a copy of your team’s current roster and guest player roster, if applicable (PDF). Each player must be properly rostered with the team they are playing on as evidenced by a current team roster, guest player roster or tournament team roster. Rosters must be signed by the appropriate state officials.
  • Guest Player Roster:  If applicable, upload a copy of your team's official guest player roster. 
  • Current USYSA or US Club Coach & Player Passes:  Upload electronic (PDF) copies of your team’s coach AND player cards. Each of these must be signed and include a picture.
  • Notification to Travel (USYSA Only):  If applicable, upload this document (PDF), as applicable, for out-of-state teams only. Each out-of-state team must have a travel permit issued by their respective state association, as required.

 

And finally, (thanks for being so patient!) to complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from CHARLESTON BATTERY SOCCER CLUB.
